The Bears and Packers, playing in frigid temperatures Sunday at Soldier Field, will participate in one of the coldest NFL games ever in Chicago. I attended the 1963 NFL Championship game between the Bears and Giants with my father at Wrigley Field before wind-chill factors were calculated. I am still trying to thaw out.
